At Kanha Electronics | Keshav Enterprises, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following terms.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with the original packaging, invoice, manuals, accessories, and all included items.
- Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
Return Methods
Customers can return eligible products by:
- Visiting our showroom (In Store)
- Sending the product by courier (By Mail)
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping unless otherwise agreed by Kanha Electronics.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the issue.
After inspection and approval, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged during delivery:
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Products repaired or modified by unauthorized persons
- Clearance, clearance sale, or special offer products
- Products damaged after successful delivery
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
